All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that custom and handmade items may require additional processing time, depending on the complexity of the design.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Should there be any significant delay in the fulfillment of your order, we will notify you promptly via email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping through trusted carriers, with the following estimated delivery times:

Lost or Damaged Packages

JaNosha Bling Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at janoshaanco@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
